Randy's Last Graduation!

Twenty of us celebrated Randy's happy retirement weekend at Terrie's. The party evolved from first being at our house on Sunday, after graduation, and then it changed to Friday afternoon at our house, and then to Terrie's house on Friday. But it turned out to be a smashing success in Terrie's lovely home on the water. Thanks soooooooo much for your kind offer and help!

Pictures I took Fri. morning after helping Terrie set the tables. I used no-longer-needed teacher tools and stress toys for the table decorations, as well as retirement cards and his extra school pictures as confetti. In this picture there's an old slide ruler, red pens he won't be needing, a chalk holder, and a stress toy/car from CA.

At our house, we would have spread out at three different tables, but at Terrie's, we all fit in her dining room area.

He was surprised to see his favorite pie recipe on the page with the article.

He liked to use crazy sayings, so some are here in the graph at the bottom. He was about as crazy as his students - and that's at least partly why he will be missed so much.
