Another move!!!???

Just the Tuesday before school started for us (August. 7), we talked to the our neighbor who owns this house to see if it was true he was moving to FL and selling out. Long story short - we're planning to close on it September 27, and move in October 14! It's about 4,000 square feet up and down and very nice! Another nice thing is it's still on the same street that we have loved living on for the past 8 years that's just 5 minutes from work.

The house was built by the current owners in 1970 and has a u-drive in front, and it also goes down below to the garage under the upper level and beside to the two-car unattached garage to the left of this picture.

The view from behind the house where you can see the walk out lower level. They've built deck almost all the way around - to make it easier to wash windows and so forth. There's a screened-in porch off the family room. The bay window is in the master bedroom.

Here's the two-car unattached garage with the lovely pink crepe myrtle beside it. This will hopefully house our boat. This was a big selling point for us, since we haven't gotten around to building that garage at our current location.
