Banana Popsicles for Claire's Almost 6th Birthday

This is the way we eat our banana popsicles!  He did eat the whole banana too after stripping it of the carob/peanut butter icing.

When I was wondering what to make for a special treat for Claire's "almost 6th birthday" - Banana Popsicles came to mind, a family favorite for years.
