Dollywood Quick Visit on March 24

I was on Dollywood's website last Wed. and saw that Dolly would be there at the park the next day.  We were headed to Plymouth for Easter weekend so took a side-trip to see her on our way (it worked out that CA cancelled classes Thurs. morning due to the flu outbreak).  She talked about what she's doing this year, then took questions, and then sang one song.  (The guy in the plaid jacket is the lead singer/comic relief in the Gemtones who preceded Dolly's 10:15 appearance.)

The new world's fastest wooden roller coaster is across from Red's Diner, and that's where the stage was set up for Dolly.

It's the Festival of Nations so we enjoyed the Mother Africa show before we left at 1 for Plymouth.

It was 79 degrees when we left at 1.
