Linda Kwan and Jr/Sr Banquet

We went over to Terrie's Sun. morning, March 20, to play Settlers.  Randy won BOTH games.

Flynn - BAD dog, always dragging treasures out through his doggie door!  Today it was an afghan from the couch.

It was so nice having Linda with us over the weekend, on her way home from FL and her Western Caribbean cruise with Edna and family.

We hosted Guess Who's Coming to Dinner (our Sabbath School class's annual event) and enjoyed getting to know the Tidwells.  Gadds came two years ago so I was really surprised to see them on our doorstep again, but enjoyed having them of course!  I forgot to take a picture before they all left so we did this shot for memory's sake.  I made some stuffed mushrooms for my first time that were very time consuming but good, oat nut burgers, baked potatoes and mushroom gravy, peas, spinach salad, and lemon cream pie. Randy made some interesting bread from a new recipe. . .

Jr/Sr Banquet was Sun. evening at the Howe Farm.  It was a very nice setting for the event.  Garrett Howe was a student of mine his freshman year at CA.  They have lots of weddings, and other such events here.

There were little fire pits that you can see behind us, but it was pretty cold so not many ventured outside to stand around them.

These are the horses and carriages from downtown Chattanooga that were there for rides.

We sat with Michael and Lisa Peel and the Andersons.

We were thankful for warm coats.  Most of the girls had bare shoulders so were especially thankful for the blankets they provided.
