Three Boating Days with Claire n Easton

The first time we put the boat in the water this summer was not until July 12 and it wouldn't start! 

 So we swam awhile and then went to Amigos for lunch at the marina.  

We always feed leftover tortilla chips to the ducks when we eat there.  It's half the fun!

We had the battery checked at Auto Zone and found it needed to be replaced.  So we went straight to WalMart for a new battery, and then right back to the lake to ski and tube a couple hours before sundown.

I love being on the water just before sundown.  

Our second time out was Friday, July 15, on a bright, sunny afternoon.  I even skied but there aren't any pictures to prove it.

Wed., July 20, we went out without Carrie and Ryan since she tested positive Monday with Covid.  We sure did miss them.

These kids love the water and tubing - no fear this year, so it was sad to see our time together for the summer end.

They were zonked, and snoozing on our way home from the lake.
