What an unwanted discovery - rotten wood behind the gutter on the garage that was falling down ! It was a job a long time waiting for him, as in years.  He figures the previous owner didn't keep the gutter cleaned out so water flowed back up in behind and rotted the wood.

He broke his crowbar taking all the rotten wood off.

The driveway sealing job took him parts of 3 days and hopefully will last the 4 years the product warranty suggests.

Just about done! We had a God-sent stretch of about 5 days with NO rain or humidity for him to do the job.
