"A Night at Sea"

Our fall banquet last night was put on by several of our students' parents, with a little help from the faculty who helped decorate and take down. The beach mural behind us in the picture we put up Sat. night.

We enjoyed sitting across from our new English teacher and former neighbor in Oshawa, Theresa, and her husband Tom. She taught at GLAA the past few years.

Marty was one of the captains of our "ship" for the banquet - he and Stan did a great job emceeing.

We enjoyed some authentic Mexican music from a live band for our stop in Cancun, and then there was a magician who was unbelievable. We're still trying to figure out how on earth he pulled off his last trick especially with the girl in the box.
